They probably wouldn’t anyway as they’ve preferred to hang back on tough issues for a while now. It's easier to pass the responsibility, or blame, to the President or the council of nine we call the United States Supreme Court. If we are going to restore our government balance, this needs to change. Congress needs to take on it's responsblities, but who is holding their breath on that?
