Interstate commerce. Your forgot “interstate,” a rather significant limitation, or it was until FDR threatened the Court. And there are no enumerated rights in the 10th Amendment and nowhere are property rights based upon whether or not you can purchase it. For one obvious example, property can be inhereted. That’s quite a few misunderstandings in one small paragraph of this reply. I will leave you to the rest of them.
