I don’t entirely disagree, but why promiscuity is considered a healthy manifestation of personal empowerment is an even deeper problem with longer term cultural solutions than abortion, which itself has no single fix. That was basically the topic of my previous piece here at Arc.

If I gave the impression this was a silver bullet, then I apologize for that was not my intent. This is one idea to solve some of the problems. I think it can be a significant solution for the range of problems it addresses, such as refocusing to hands on care at the local and personal level, more effective messaging, wasted opportunity cost in resources, etc. but yes, there are still deeper issues at play.
