Above is one of those “it’s not fair” arguments that, is no less true for being unfair.

It will take men of courage to speak up when their friends, coworkers, or a boss objectifies and belittles women. It will take men of wisdom to train a younger generation in humility and selflessness. It will take compassion to recognize where we’ve gone wrong and spot the toxicity that’s seeped into masculinity, while offering it as a balm to other men so they can change.

This kind of teaching, mentoring, training, is what it will take, which of course brings up a fatherhood question that few want to address. Again no less true for its discomfort.
